  • Includes online display space in our Virtual Exhibit Hall (VEH) that will be promoted and available to conference attendees and all who visit WACEP. The VEH will be prominently featured on our home page and open 24/7 through May 15. Exhibitors will each have their own dedicated page or "booth" to display information. Additional benefits include:
    * Your exhibit featured in the online Virtual Exhibit Hall for a minimum of three months
    * Your logo or ad featured in 3 issues of WACEP's monthly member e-news

WACEP 2021 SPRING SYMPOSIUM |VIRTUAL EXHIBIT HALL

The Virtual Exhibit Hall (VEH) is analogous to the exhibit hall at a live conference. Through your booth, you can:

  • Share information about your products and services
  • Highlight your latest innovations
  • Connect with emergency physicians and others vital to your success

Participation Options

Virtual Exhibitor + Conference Care Package (available thru Mar. 12)

  • Includes all benefits of being a Virtual Exhibitor (see below)
  • This option also allows your company to participate in the Conference Care Package that will be sent to the first 100 registered conference attendees. You can choose to have an item selected for you and branded with your logo, or you may send a small promotional item to be included in each box. Conference attendees will receive these care packages in advance to welcome them to the conference and to thank our sponsors. 

Virtual Exhibitor

  • Listing on Virtual Exhibit Hall (VEH) landing page
  • Dedicated “booth” in the exhibit hall to display your logo, up to three images, a video link and up to three pdf documents
  • Dedicated timeslots for attendees to "meet" with exhibitors
  • Promotion of VEH to registered conference attendees and all WACEP members for three months through e-news and social media
  • Logo and/or a thumbnail display ad included in three issues of the monthly member e-news.

  • Company description (~50 words)
  • Product / Position description (~50 words), if applicable
  • Up to three (3) PDF Handouts to “display” in your booth with a one sentence description of each
  • High-res image to display at the top of your booth
  • Video link (if applicable)
